I find it hard to believe that eating 4 hourd after a workout is the "same" at the end of the day than eating a half or so after.
"same" in terms of...? i agree about being hungry after i workout so yes, i usually eat something at least within a few hours. do i feel like my workout was wasted if i don't eat until many hours later? no. do you need to eat to get protein to the muscles you just ripped so you can start making those gains? no. the whole process of digestion and muscle protein synthesis is much more complex and the body is more adaptable than most people think.

My boy says I need to drink a gallon of water a day. Sheesh.

drink a 20oz bottles full of water 6 times a day. if you're awake 18 hours out of the day thats 1 bottle every 3 hours.
if you're telling me you can't drink 1 bottle every 3 hours then something may be wrong .

Yoga will save your life. I do it on Thursday. Very very difficult but you'll get the hang of it.
 
You bros aren't sleeping 7-8 hours? Damn y'all crazy, I get 7 MINIMUM. If you want these gainz you gotta rest. 4-6 hours

Way too much to do in the day to be sleeping 10 hours. Hell i take sleep pills sometimes and still dont get that much.
Must be a product of even from when i was in elementary i had to get up early for day care and even growing up had jobs where i worked in the morning

8-10 of sleep f all that.

I got yambs to smash, games to play, and books to read.

If I need 8 hours of sleep to get proper gains then I'm cool with the small gain gang.

Every other day...Working your biceps can help a lot on your pull-ups

I can do about 30 unbroken. (Strict)

Bicep game pretty good i can dumbell curl 60lbs 5 reps

Pull ups. I can do 2 reps. After that i get stuck halfway.
You have to keep doing them.  I warmup with pull-ups, just so I can keep at it.

Other exercises that can help you with pull-ups:

Lat Pulldowns

Dumbell rows

biceps curls

Work on the different style of grips, also.

I only get less than 8 hrs of sleep 2 days out the week cuz I gotta be up at 4am, even then I'm getting abt 7 hrs. Every other day I'm getting 8-10. Your body will thank you fellas.

If it takes you a minute to fall asleep then turn off your tv and put away your phone 30 minutes before you get in bed. Them artificial lights are causing you not to sleep, IF you have to look at you phone then go to accessibility settings and invert your colors to turn off the blue lights.
 
6.5-7 used to be the norm. Now I go to a gym with more flexible hrs so I get 7.5-8

Its my fault. Should be getting 8 but I can't go to sleep right away when I get home :lol:

Body definitely does thank me when I get more sleep, it's just very hard for me to fall asleep early in the night. I'm sure you're on to something about the TV and phone and artificial lights, I've read it elsewhere before.

Bench and pull ups are the two "use it or lose it" exercises for me. Whenever I back off either my numbers drop exponentially.
