STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Yeah but I'm not tall. I think I'll be able to get it, I could pull a lot more with straps but I don't want to handicap myself. It's just for fun but I like pushing myself.

That's a great goal man :pimp:

Thanks man. It's just that, a goal... Deadlift is by far my favorite lift. You just feel like a beast. I wish I could do it more than once a week. I go till I'm dead every time though.

Damn thats a strong goal, 500
I wonder how the tall dude will progress
I don't know man. He's dedicated. Everyone at work has skipped days but me and him. We go 5x a week no matter what. He's athletic (ex boxer) but he has never lifted heavy. His cardio is on point though. He hits the heavy bag 45 min a day after we go to the gym. I told him to look up sumo deadlift and just YouTube some different techniques to help. It's all for fun anyways.

for anyone who had their orders cancelled by GNC, you can call their customer service # or livechat them and they will give you a price match on 2 of the regular 5lb ON whey protein or 5 of the 1.9lb ON natural whey protein, assuming you bought 2 of the 5lb ON natural whey protein

Repped for honesty.

You will make it, I promise.
Thanks man

. Took it easy on chest for awhile so I can strengthen my back and shoulders more. Now that I'm in the hunt for my chest game I gotta get on a good program.

High volume is the best way to go if I'm not mistaken?

Bench tops at 190. I ain't mad at all for my size. I got to take a week off bench and come in hot to hit that though.

I personally love high volume. Id do some heavy stuff first on flat then up the volume and do DBs after.

I suggest some of you guys to watch The Online Coach and watch Tanksters progress. Dude is making gains, he eats what he wants and counts macros somewhat and he's sub 160 which I think a few of you are. That's good inspiration for you guys, shows that real food and consistency beats supplements.

How many people that had their order cancelled can bench 225?

Checking in. Can rep 5x225
I mean what's the gripe on protien powder? I understand real food is better but I just drink a shake right after I workout (before I eat dinner)
