I'm thinking about cutting too.. I haven't cut a long period because as soon as I lose strength.. I'll stop the cut..

I love when people buy fake jordans and nikes. With the real stuff prices keep going up and quality dropping. If more people rocked fakes maube that would change.

When you buy counterfeit products, you're enabling someone to profit off the sweat of the brow of another.
There are also ethical and moral issues in those who choose to buy counterfeit products, but i'm not getting into that debate on a shoe message board

Rehbands are sweet, I stopped wearing them over my tights after a few times and now they smell like ****. Even after I wash them, the odor comes back asap

I heard soaking them in the detergent water for like an hour will help
then wash.

speaking of stank, for those struggling with their protein shakes being smelly like poop, heres a technique, maybe yall already know but oh well..
Fill the bottle with a mixture of baking soda and vinegar and allow to sit overnight (with the flip cap open).
Sprinkle a piece of newspaper with water, or place several drops of vanilla extract on a couple of paper towels. Crumple the newspaper or paper towels and place inside the bottle. Screw on the lid and let sit for 24 hours.
Place damp coffee grounds inside the bottle, seal, and allow to sit overnight.
side note: ive been more onto using dumbbells when working on my chest as opposed to the bar..idk why just a preference i suppose.Anyone else do the same?

Dumbbel work is cool for chest but nothing beats the classic flat bench. Its the "manliest" workout for sure.
Speaking of that, incorporated banded flat/incline bench today after doing my regular bench routine. Basically at 135 just threw the medium band on and tried to explode with every rep. Felt amazing.
At one point me and my two buddies supersetted with incline banded at 135 and we TRIED to do flat 135 with the heavy band and we coudnt even get it up for one rep after the incline. Had to drop it to 85 on the flat and even then it was 2-3 reps after the banded incline. Felt too nice.

Dunno about knee sleeves, but adding vinegar or baking soda to laundry can help get rid of stubborn odors.

but there's so many clowns and fakes out there. it really doesn't bother me what other people claim anymore. i've had so many shoes and done so many transactions that the hobby for me became more about the relationships i've made rather than the shoes themselves.
