STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Cutting gluten out of your diet is stupid as hell and completely pointless if you aren't allergic to it.

:pimp: at you guys putting me onto chucks. I really didn't want to drop a bunch of money of lifting shoes.

Gluten allergy is a fake allergy IMO

It's not, especially when you know folks that show effects.
I haven't looked too much into it so its just my ignorance with it. Yet to meet someone who was "stable" that said they have a gluten allergy. Plus hasn't gluten been around for a while? why now all of a sudden there's ppl being "affected" by it?

It's just an excuse to sell expensive food and all that.

I know a couple people who are actually allergic to it. But they still eat it. It results in acne and an upset stomach for them.

Most people are just sheep who know nothing and are just following the trend. I had a dude send something back that I cooked for him because it wasn't gluten free while he was drinking a beer. I wanted to choke slam that idiot.

Watch the gluten South Park episode if you want a funny way to learn about it. It's totally on point to what gluten really is.

if you have Celiac it's real

You can also have a gluten sensitivity, it's sort of like being lactose and give you a bit of uncomfortablility.

but most people it's a fad.

I dunno, but I didn't grow up with anyone with a nut allergy, now it's prevalent. I have a mild allergy to almonds now myself which I never grew up with. Who knows how these things changed, just saying it's not worth being a cynic about it because it's not happening to you. My friend actually gets cramps in her hands from too much gluten.

Opened my tub of MP combat. How you sell a tub of protein with no scoop :smh: had me up to my elbow in powder looking for it

I'm probably the only one here who has to deal with people and their ignorance about gluten. It's frustrating. Same type of people to order all white meat chicken that's deep fried anyways or order a triple patty burger with no bun because they're still playing the Atkins game. Like you're still fat as hell. Hop on a bike instead of not eating a hamburger bun. The requests I get are mind bottling.

Gonna get some stuff for the place/travel

Any recommendations on resistance bands? See some packages on amazon for sub $20 but those have 2-12lbs and IDK what'd I do with those.
