STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Good for you homie. You can still have a few drinks here and there, just be disciplined enough to keep at at a few. Youre gonna fail here and there but its about how you handle it after. Keep at it and best of luck. NT got you.

If you need someone to yell at you and have you straighten up, BIGBOSS is pretty good at being an ahole.

Never again will I not eat well before a gym sesh. Had a crappy breakfast and lunch and tried to make it up with a Redbull before leg/shoulder day and I was not having it. Felt weak and tired the whole time.
this stuff is no joke

I didn't have enough food throughout the day one time. And I had to meet up with my trainer for an HIIT session in the afternoon. I didn't make it past 15 minutes into the session, I was that close to passing out.

Any rowers in here?

I have a 5K erg rowing test tomorrow...

Any advice??

Find a consistent pace, ignore your *** getting numb :smile:lol). Wear earphones, and prepare to row 35-45 minutes. Your mind wanders so have some tunes to keep you entertained.

ON whey makes me instantly want to throw up as soon as I drink it .......

Anyone else experience this

Nah fam thats must you.

ON mixes well and taste good. That mocha cappuccino is one of the best tasting wheys ive ever had.

Squat day.

I really need to focus on not doing a good morning when squatting.

I was having issues with my knees caving in and I widened my stance to correct that now I just need to get rid of this good morning.

I watched a YouTube video and someone said when coming up push your back against the bar.

Any tips?

Yeah just you. My pro gainer is ok.

You squatting too much weight? Do you do abs and lower back work a lot?

Tighten and brace your core. Push through your heels. That's what usually works for me if I find myself leaning forward

I'm biased because it was with ON that I discovered I can't stand vanilla protein. Haven't touched the brand since

Fellas. Reps to be had - if anyone can share any links of clean bulk diets to follow with some dirty eats in between (because that's realistic), I'd appreciate it. Talking Mon-Sunday all 3 meals and snacks in between.

I can lift all I want, but I don't follow a diet ever and I know there are more results to be had if I were to.

Appreciate any info!

 I need a strategy, bro

My average split is 1:43.

I read article saying ram the first 500 m and empty the tank on the last 500m.

Between the set find a consistent pace.

Any suggestions on the damper?

Did anybody in here get those Nike free 1.0s? What's sizing like? How are they for squats/deadlifts?

I really suck at reps.
In b4 Jew says you only did one rep because you did touch n go

But for real reps are over rated, especially on deadlifts.

Whenever my coach calls for 4-5x8-10 I want to kill him

I think I asked this before but I wanted to try an every other day muli body part workout.

Squats
Deadlift (eh on this cause of my lower back, maybe will go light)
Bench
Overhead press
Weighted pullups
Dips

Will probably go for 5 sets, 5-10 reps per.

How will this work? Gonna do it for a month or however long. Tired of the usual routine I do. Any suggestions?
