STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

If one of his staple movements was squatting on a physioball, would you do it?
You do understand that he trained a lot of the greats right? This isn't some nobody doing weird **** in the corner of the gym. That guy in the picture doing dips was one of his athletes and he won the first couple Olympia comps. He trained Arnold, Zane, Lou.... You don't have to do the dips but in my experience when exercises are named after you then your credentials probably check out.

I do tricep and chest dips.

I don't like how dude was slouching over his neck in those. Trying to keep my posture good.

The guy I lift with REFUSES to do body workouts, his reasoning is that your strong side makes up for you weak side. He's in love with isolation and while I see his point, someone please give me some ammo to shut him up.

Man, that's cause you can't push up 350lbs

You don't need any , let him be . Remind me of my boy who think he can see results by eating just w.e he want throughout the day .

Just wait until he thinks he's hulk with his glamor muscles and tears something picking up a couch.

How do you finesse the plug at 24 hour fitness. I need to renew but I dont want to pay 400 for 2 years

Whats the benefits of those dips? As opposed to regular dips and pressing that dont required f up biomechanics
Chest development but they are supposed to be done on v-bars so your hand position is similar to a diamond push-up. I honestly don't know how anyone is doing them on parallel bars.

Dips are cool but i wouldn't get too excited about them, they're pretty low on the list of good exercises for chest and triceps for me personally.

I think that's because you're on team no dips lol I'm not really sure if you're trolling or not but I'm not sure there's a better exercise for chest development than weighted dips.

Theres plenty, chest is literally one of the easiest muscles to hit. I used to do them a lot when I first started lifting, but the thing that helped my chest grow the most was benching and increasing the weight over time.

They're good for sure but not the best, they also put a lot of stress on your shoulders and elbows, for me at least.

I would also include incline presses. We're cool unless you tell me pull-ups aren't part of your back program.

I like doing dips right at the end of my chest workout. that or a push up regimen.
