STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

I'm not sure why a lot of people in here argue or question every little piece of advice that comes through. In terms of body weight exercises this is really basic ****. The same guy that invented those dips thought squats were for broads. Do them or don't but for some people it's something they aren't familiar with and can try out even if it's just once.

these are 3 of the strongest if you want a "boost".....

god of rage

I had no idea DMAA was back :nerd: Some of the ingredients in those pre's are not for the feint of heart. Yohimbine used to mess me up, and I'm used to taking Ephedrine

Proof that he doesnt know **** lol

Squats are the single greatest exercise... EVER. I don't care what you're training for or what your goals are, squats will help you in one way or another.

If you don't squat, you don't lift.

Dips are widely considered the upper body squat and you don't do dips....wide hips and a fat *** wasn't winning competitions back then. It was all aesthetics

I appreciate your opinion but if you don't do pull-ups or dips you can't toss out statements like "if you don't squat, you don't lift" lol like it's ok to disregard a few of the most important movements but not squats?

THIS THREAD BYKE!!!!!

and I don't squat............................maybe twice a month............

i'm a failure :smh:

Dips and pull ups aren't the most important movements lol

Ive never once heard that dips "are the upper body squat" lolol

Squats are king man, everyone knows that.

Use your googles bro it's literally called the upper body squat by everyone... Arguably the best tricep and chest developer and the pull-up is the best back developing exercise nobody argues that. Google upper body squat and you'll get hundreds of articles on how important dips are.

Over the bench press and deadlift? I don't think so.

We can just agree to disagree on this I guess.

Squat is still the king though.

And almost all of them are bodybuilding centered articles.

Dips are one thing, those ****** up shoulder dips are a verrryyy different story.

Do you bench press with your elbows out?

Bro I know you're stuck on this but they really aren't ****** up if you do them on facing out on a v-bar. I do a few different benching grips and yes my elbows are out in a few of them. Hard to wide grip bench with tucked elbows.

it's bad enough to combine 2 or 3 stims in a pre but some these newer stim bombs are ridiculous. good thing is that i can half scoop em and they last forever. take too much yohimbine if you're not used to it though and all you can do is lay down and feel like dying until it wears off

We gotta be related bruh. Same happened to me Saturday. Sucks a**

Anyway I love how my "chest day" turned into a shoulder therapy day. Smh. It's coming from a trigger point right on top of the middle of the scapula. When I roll on it the pain pierces through straight to my shoulder

Whats your plans for your hip flexor?

What pre-workouts are yall using? I'm on C4 right now but I dont really feel much of a boost with it. My coworker gave me a scoop of this one called The Curse and I had the best back workout of my life with it . I def wanna try something else when I'm done with my C4. Any recommendations?

I'm taking Mr.Hyde pre workout..

its amazing to me how many people think meal prepping is just this big all day even tthat's going to take up their lives.

just got in an argument with someone that was like. why should i meal prep people complete their goals just winging it diet wise...
(I say who, show me these super models)
then goes, it takes too much time away from my social life..
so I say what social liffe, watching netflix going on 30 min walks with your dogs.

It's not that hard. hell i throw about 8 breast in the oven for about 30 mins, boil about a dozen eggs, put my protein powder in a container that holds about 20 scoops i got my meals for 3/4 days. (minus the dinner that i cook at night)

idk why people make this nutrition/healthy/fit life thing harder than it has to be.

I know someone who refuses to meal prep because they like their food "fresh" but complains that they have no time to make meals
