Yea I've never seen someone who works out purely for vanity last long. You really don't eem need to be swole.

kiefurban kiefurban that was like 10 months ago. Probably quit like two years before that or so. It was just a struggle keeping on weight. Now I just know I need to eat like two hours a day.

Thanks man. :pimp:

400
This was a picture right before I quit drinking. To be honest I have my moments and haven't remained completely sober the entire time.

Dropped a few pounds since I started cutting last week. I was 177-178 when I started. Now i'm down to 174 with 13.4 BF%. I'm getting around 2300 cal a day.

Trying to get to 8 BF% b

Those traps. :wow: :pimp:
You doing a lot of shrugs?

Like once a week. Sometimes twice. Heavy barbel shrugs, face pulls and upright rows with a 45# plate three sets until I can't anymore. When I shrug with the barbell is always go as slow as possible and pause 10 seconds on each rep.

My diet is whatever I am cooking at work about a quart of high fat yogurt a day and burritos. I just shoot for 5k calories.

Thanks for the props. :pimp: I just eat a lot

How did you guys build up to running on the treadmill? I'm good for a good 5-7 minutes then I'm winded.
Just like anything else. Keep doing it. Build your cardio. If you get winded sooner than you want then go easier for longer. You'll notice the improvement

If I were you fam I would tell him. "Why don't you go do some crossfit pull-ups". But that really wouldn't benifit you much lol

Funny you say that.

Yesterday they had strict pull-up unbroken as a movement.

Only one person got 12

Terrible.

I now do my pull-ups with my lifters and a 25lbs vest. 4 sets of 10

Been running the strengtheory advanced programs. Went too heavy with my 1RMs for the first cycle, but used maxes from the last week for this cycle and it is going much better. Hoping to be back over 600 for squat and dead on the regular again. Will probably run this for the rest of the year.

thoughts?

They are alright, I've never had any lifting specific shoes like metcons or anything so I can't compare. The insole makes them kinda cushioned so you can take it out if it feels like you're sinking too much. Might not be the best shoes for anyone who's deadlifting or squatting really heavy, I only squat like 275 and deadlift 315. Pretty comfortable overall though and have great grip. Maybe go 1/2 size down from your normal Nike size. I wear 11.5 in air maxes and 11s fit me perfect.

I'm horrible at it. I ran XCountry in high school too. I'm straight up not built for long distance running. Always been one of the best sprinters/worst long distance runners.

I'm the same way. Good at sprints but long distance na. Longest I've gone is 2 miles. And I walked the last 3/4 mile. Before I couldn't stand doing .5 mile

Awesome progress, fam .You're making me think I need a side gig at a restaurant. The cost of grub has always kept me from eating like that.
