STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

If you're lifting six days out of the week, and don't feel tired then your program sucks balls. Sorry papi.

3 days on
Active recovery day
2 days on
Sunday nada

I was completely destroyed in two areas of my body non stop. That's why I'm cutting it to four.

I just don't like sitting around so I go to the gym instead.

I hurt my shoulder a few months ago and that messed up my gym schedule :smh: I got back in recently, but I'm ready to get these gains popping.

Oh, while I'm in here, My friends and I are launching a fitness apparel line. I'm going to make a thread about it next week when we launch, but in the meantime, could you guys like our page on FB? We're at 165 now, I'm trying to get to 500 by June 4th.

Xceed Levels, LLC is the name of the page.

Y'all just sampling other brands and ripping them off?

Not to name any names, but it rhymes with Ghristian Cuzman.

I have no clue who you're referring to. Any similarities to any other brand are 100% coincidence. I came up with most of the designs and I know for a fact that I didn't see them anywhere else.

Based on your obvious rhyme, I'm guessing you're saying that our brand bears resemblance to something that Christian Guzman endorses. I looked up his IG and I don't see anything similar to our product so I don't know what the hell you're talking about. His logo is a damn dog.

I'm miren back.

Is iron man a big guy?

Unfortunately, kills me during gymnastic movements,

There's lots of strong ppl that go 6 days a week.

They aint doing strong things 6 days a week. In order for you body to get strong you have to let it recover.

Got to be smart with your training, can you workout hard six days out of the week? Sure you can. Injuries will be lurking though, and it can also be detrimental.

I went on there but I only saw three shirts. I wanted to like it and support but your logo is a stick figure. I'll check back when you have more to offer.

Did you take a look at the logo, ordid you glance at it just to rush back to spew negativity? The Swoosh is "just a curved line". Jumpman is "just a guy dunking".

The body is an X for Xceed, The torso spells "Level" . More products are coming. If you don't like, fine don't buy or like it.

That said, I'm done discussing it in here, this thread isn't about my stuff. All energy/discussion will be in the thread next week.

Yes I understood the logo and went through all of the pics. I wasn't trying to be negative but I'm not a fan of the logo and one of the three styles is a logo tee. One of the remaining styles is a woman's tee. I'll check back when you have more.

Can't promote your stuff here then come back on the defensive when someone speaks their opinion (wasn't even hate, just said he didn't like the logo).

Yeah man. I was trying to go hard like 6 days a week. it was cool at first then as I started to get stronger and the weight got heavier I started feeling it. Between back day and squats my back was always dead. Not in a I'm injured way but just constantly sore so that was limiting my progress I found out. Also was constantly tired as hell. Like my body saying "noooooo"

Jujimufu on ig? Dude a big guy who does backflips after dl 500#.

Speaking of, y'all do leg day the day after back and biceps? I do and my back is always sore from deadlifts. Let me know if I'm doing it wrong

I do shoulders

Back

Chest

Legs

I'm good with that. Leg day is almost back day for me between front and back squats my whole back feels it.

What's the longest break y'all have taken from the gym?

I haven't stepped foot in a gym since late April since I moved to a new state and got settled in. I'm probably going to join an old local gym and try that for a month, although the facilities borderline ancient

, I think it might work since there are some old school powerlifters there (they looked like they were in their 50's or so). I'm thinking that I'm going to have to deload down significantly to build back up, which kinda sucks, but it is what it is. Or should I just try going close to what I was repping and potentially get DOMS? Thoughts?

I've taken years off. Start from scratch with no expectations and you'll be back to where you were within months. It will save you a lot of frustration.

This,

My body is hating me right now after these past few peak weeks, cant wait for deload.

Yep. Dudes that get the most gains are dudes that can incorporate tapering in their mesocycles

New clothings brands that use their logos as the prinary design elements almost never work unless you have some sort of celebrity endorsement.
