6x a week 1 day rest.

hit everything twice a week... but i get lazy sometimes and may hit legs only once a week lol..

chest, tri shoulder
legs
back bi abs
rest
repeat 
I go 6days 1day off too.

Chest/back
Bicep/tricep
Shoulders/legs

I do 25-30min cardio and abs everyday. I just started doing those bout a month ago, neglected them for a while and im pissed i did. I do my cardio after i lift then finish with ab workout and call it a day.
Gonna try this. Been doin' almost the same routine as @WorldGoneMad  for a while. Lookin' to switch it up

I celebrated with jerk chicken pasta, great to have a woman in your life that will spot you for PR's, then cook you a feast.

Sounds ideal.

My girl isn't strong enough to spot me yet, but she's working on things. She did buy the wings for me though.
 
I do bench press, db bench press (flat and incline) and db flys for chest. Rows, lat pull downs and deadlift. I started doing pull ups but i cant do them for **** lol. I try and do 5 between each exercise

I havent been back in the gym all that long. First few mths was just trying to get back from my injury so ive just kept it kinda basic. Ive been doing opposite muscle groups each day. Might switch up the muscle groups in a month or so.

Back down to my normal weight. I might keep cutting though until I get some light abs. Gonna down the carbs some and up the fat and see what happens. Ate 200g carbs today. Tomorrow is leg day though so I'm going higher. Also not gonna shock my system. Just cut back.
 
My knees have been hurting so not gonna run for about a week and ice them + use knee sleeves. Decided to go hard on the bike. Did 15 miles and it took 56 minutes. It was hard and all but it just took way too long :lol:

u seen that video of some swim meet where the one dude sets a new record and he goes from 1 end to the other? He got DQ'ed tho cuz i think the rule is u have to take a stroke but it was impressive nonetheless. Not sure if it was a highschool or college meet.

My girl didn't even lift until about a month and a half ago, but she took to it like a fish to water. She was one of them vegetarian/yoga every day types before so she at least had a background in exercise and health.


She already squatting 205 for reps and she's like 110, women love lifting they just worried about getting "man" muscles which is ******* ridiculous.


Once you can speak sense into them and they see the effects for themselves, you never gotta say anything again.

I'm the opposite. My girl used to compete and be a trainer and nutrition coach or whatever you call a food coach. :lol:

She's showed me a bunch.

My girl loves to workout, and to cook. Her problem is she'll do less important things instead of gym/cooking and then whine about not having the time to do it. Im like get off your damn phone for an hour and stop wasting time at Target :smh:
Also its been a looong battle to get her away from the chick mentality that lifting gets u bulky :smh: she finally does more weights than cardio but the other day she was telling me she wants to do barre, cuz its for long and lean muscles

This is what the IIFYM calculator recommended for me & I'm having trouble filling these up on my own: 

Protein: 128

Fat: 64

Carbs: 296

Fiber: 24-32

Cals: 2273

Trying to eat as clean as possible, too.

Not trying to fill up my fats with pizza.

Even tho you're Snow Scum I could help a little. i would base it on how many meals you plan to have.

I do 6 personally so just divided up your carbs and protein by 6. the fats are easy to separate like 4 meals 16 grams a meal.
128 in protein is easy but im assuming u want to keep it shake free?
