STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

II. Appropriate amount of black coffee

III. 1:00 in the microwave

IV. Add water if need be to get consistency to one's liking

V. Profit

depending on what kinda pizza i'm eating, sriracha is a great condiment.

if it's something fancy like this though, no need anything extra. yes, that's an egg yolk.

extension of seasoning????
u prob add salt to your meal before tasting
I've never in my life added additonal salt to my meals.

but yes some condiments add an extra element to some foods. I also count salad dressings as a condiment (which I think they technically are)

Cowboy ribeye for this guy right here.... if I'm not paying

Ribeye or tbone otherwise. I'm not picky as long as it's seasoned and cooked right.

Going for day 3 on steaks?

You'll get beat half to death calling somebody that in the South. It's the ultimate form of disrespect almost bad as spitting on somebody.

Lol what part of the south you from bruh? May be disrespectful but you not getting beat half to death if somebody call you that in the Carolinas

You sure aren't, you might start something if guys are having a disagreement but that's about it

It is crazy to me that I see more improper squats then proper squats by a long shot these days at the gym. It is to the point where when I see some one hit depth im in slight shock.

Deadlifted yesterday next to dude "squatting" 365lbs. He couldn't have been more then 180lbs. Girl next to him in the other rack was "squatting" 135 with her bf who was "squatting" 245 and then to top it off there were two girls "squatting" in the smith machines behind me. I was literally in the middle of the twilight zone.

Back squats? Besides Olympic type lifts, they are one of the most difficult exercises to do properly. Why are you surprised that people struggle to do them correctly?

You use steak sauce tdogg? *Russell Westbrook gif

Got lucky yesterday. Did DL and I was feeling pretty damn solid. Went for 455 again and halfway up I couldn't lock out and had to drop it.

These guys that lift heavy regularly at my gym came up and were shocked to see me drop it because I looked like I had it. Apparently I come off the ground pretty quick with it they said.

2nd attempt and same thing happened except I felt my form breaking and had to drop it again. The guys said that I was pretty much pulling all back. Glad I didn't hurt my back. They asked why I don't use a belt and told them my side. All I know is I'm gonna take it easy for a while. I may try using my belt next time.

Toughest part is always that middle section between the initial explosion and getting into lock out position.

If you pulling "all back" (which is subjective, biometrically we all built different), maybe you should get lower when you start to active them hammies more.

Or maybe try Sumo DL.

Deadlift PR tomorrow for me too. :pimp:

A lot of people are afraid or think it's incorrect to get lower into a DL. I look like I'm hitting an ATG squat when I set up for heavy pulls.

I see folk squatting like

I also see a lot of " stripper ups" with women squatting

Feet position is based on one's anatomy because of your hips...So technically no wrong way of positioning your feet.

Unless you just too narrow or too wide.

What's everyone's back day looking like? Sets and reps and movements. I think I need to tweak my pull day.
