It might look like some tv infomercial BS but I honestly think p90x isn't a bad workout at all. Especially if your just trying to lose 20 lbs. I did it years ago and i liked it. It's not gonna get you huge and shredded but you'll def lose some weight and get in shape. I didn't follow it to a T but mostly did. You can do it all at home with dumbbells. You can find it online for free too just google it

There should be some kind of rule that you're advice is complete nonsense you should post a picture. What do you look like?

You been? I missed the festival age. I got burning man on my list too just because.

Not edc, just some stuff around this way. The older I get the less I want to do drugs and I wouldn't have fun without them so I just don't go anymore. Plus I don't really like the new music. I sound like an old man.

Anyone here practice Intermittent Fasting?

If so, how do you schedule it?
Yo yo. I've been doing IF for around two months. I'm doing the 16/8 method. At most, I eat for 8 hours and I fast for at least 16 hours but never more than 24. Sometimes, I'm not even hungry enough to go through my entire eating window so I might cut it short at 3-4 hours and just start my 16 hour fast from there. As long as I'm fasting for 16 hours after I finish eating, I'm good. 

I know that there other methods like eating on Monday, fasting all of Tuesday and so on, but I'm pretty comfortable with 16/8. IF has definitely helped with me reaching my water goals, too. That's something I slacked on heavy before I started it. But, now I'm using the water to deal with the potential bloating, hunger.

So far, so good. I'm down to around 213-14lbs from 232 when I started. My bodyfat is still a bit iffy (it still went down, though), but it's because I recently found out that some of the things I was eating had too much sugar and carbs. I actually had no idea on how effective sugar and certain carbs can be on fat gains. Now that I'll be cutting those out, the progress should continue.

I've been sober since 2012 except when the people took my green away and I started drinking recently. Alcohol is by far the hardest drug in the world but I haven't touched a party drug in years. You're also alive so you haven't seen the boundaries.

that's true. i smoked ice which is really hard to OD on unless you have pre-existing health conditions. brain got fried pretty good but i bounced back.

been watching my son at work the past 3 weeks. i'm gonna get back in the gym hopefully when he goes back to school next week.
 
Leg day tonight. Last outing did 250 for 5x5. Going to up it do 265 or 275 5x5.

Down to about 173lbs still from the 181 i was in June post vacation. Still need to get more cardio in but i hate doing cardio and i like lifting so i normally end up just lifting because im lazy

I hate cardio too, usually just hit the stair climber for 12-20 min a few times a week. I also play soccer 2x a week
