I did a year at VCU then transferred to Mason. And nah, if you move to or live in Arlington now you got money. Not way back when my mom bought the house she's in now. $230k back then worth $600k+ now with million dollar houses on the block.

It's funny way back then I lifted either at Mason or this little gym underneath Eden Center if you know where that is.
 
Arm and ab day today. :x so damn boring but my legs and chest have to recover so I can start my split over Saturday. I could never bro it out and only do arms and chest. At least my gym worker homey gave me a box of pop tarts. :pimp:

Gotta work the whole body. Theres an older cat at my gym, dude upper body is swole but he got them chicken legs. Like one swift kick would snap his joints :lol:

I never usually dedicate a whole day to arms. Just throw triceps in on chest day and hit some 21's or something on any day. Rows and pull-ups do most the bicep work. I don't want big arms I'm too short for all that.
 
DL yesterday with a belt to see how things go this time. Still felt awkward but I love the assistance on last half of the rep motion. I just hate how when I set up to pull I feel like my back is round and I can't stick my butt out like I do without the belt. I tried getting lower with my legs and it helped a little. Was able to pull 455 again though
