More weight is always more impressive.

But ohs is a very difficult exercise for many people. I find the limiting factor is usually mobility and not strength. Sometimes you'll see guys who can bench 225 that can't ohs 95. Obviously those guys are strong enough to ohs 95..they just have crap lower mobility lol.

Boss, no I haven't. Started at my job gym then started going to a barbell gym that offered Crossfit in the back.

What part of the knee? Inside, outside, or more like the front of the knee? If it's the sides, you prob have a torn meniscus. Get that MRI son
 
Yeah I don't see many people legitimately squat at my gym. But I go to 24 Hour Fitness.

I have the same pretty much going on. It's on and off. I'm thinking for me possibly build up of scar tissue. I'm constantly hitting my knees getting in and out of trucks. I banged my knee hard trying to get into an older pickup at work. Hit it right in that reflex spot hard as ****. I saw stars. Been hurting more since then
 
I messed around one day and forgot my gym pants. I had to hit my leg day in the pants I worked in; which are chinos lmao.


That's funny because there's dudes at my gym who come in with chinos and jeans on.


Seen a dude DL 510 today in some jeans and low top AF1. :lol:


I don't get it but more power to them.
 
Since I didn't get my workout in before work today, I'm going to try to get in my workout in tonight during my lunch break.

Ahh you'll be fine. Prob just some tendinitis. Ice, ibuprofen, maybe wrap it, try and rest.

Thank the lord. How often should I ice it? Every night?

Every night before bed. If you're working out, do it right after your workout.

Edit *. But by all means, go see a doctor first. They'll prob tell you the same thing but at least they're paid professionals

Thank gawd I checked my phone before bed. I don't know how one dude got four boxes. I used two different codes on two different amazon accounts and kept getting rejected.

I was finally able to do a proper 5x5 squat workout with 225lbs. By the end of the last set my legs felt like jelly. I neglected leg day for years and I bench 20-30 lbs more than I squat :frown:
