STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

I do almond, but I feel the consistency of the shake using it is a bit too "gummy", or "snotty" even when I get lazy and reach for a shaker bottle as opposed to using the blender.

Week 3 of crossfit almost done

Best investment I've made in a long time bros.

So i'm in the break room eating my paleo tacos and some Zico, when this heavy lady starts talking about mud runs, tough mudder, and running.

Paleo is too hard to maintain, specially if you've never been a huge meat eater, I'm slowly going into it, the way I am there is no way I can do Paleo breakfast/lunch/dinner

Ok so I really want to lose this belly fat I have left over from football (small offensive lineman), for the past 1-2 months since the seasons over I've been lifting about 3-4 days a week and cardio on off days excluding saturday and sunday, and after an initial loss in the first 3 weeks I really haven't seen much change I started on a sort of diet for the past months ago (trying to stick to a majority of lean proteins, fruits, veggies, and grains).  I have gotten to about the same level of strength I had last offseason but really don't have much definition.  I'm no stranger to the weight room or hard work, any tips or cut programs you guys would advise? 5-11 190 if it matters
