half rotisserie chicken, dark (two thighs, two drumsticks). and other random pieces i pulled off the breast and there's a wing in there too somewhere lol.
and a bunch of pecan green beans. washed down with a pint of water and 10oz of grape juice.

The grocery store rotisserie chickens are CLUTCH. Just buy a bag of spinach and some hot sauce and make yourself little wraps as you go

YESS!! Extremely clutch. Just grab a few sides out the grocers freezer, or bags of frozen whatever, and you have a quick meal, you're able to eat as much as you want/need, and its wild cheap & fast. There's also a bunch of other options, meats, beefs-grilled chickens-fish, etc it's easy as pie. i'm a pro at this bulking business lol
 
I hate forcing oatmeal down so badlly that I now shred them in a blender and mix it into my morning shakes. :D
I've been doing this the last 3 weeks. I toss in some protein, peanut butter, and flax along with it. It is a lot of calories and doesn't taste bad at all to me. Before the blender I was choking down oatmeal everyday and dreaded it haha
 
Can't spot reduce unfortunately, I carry fat there also. It's that way for a lot of males, lower belly, sides and moobs.

It's terrible, even when I stupidly dropped to 135lbs some 9 years ago, I still had that fat, I want to get that V shaped back, but that side fat makes me look more like an H :x

Costco and Whole Foods have the best ones man.

I like ripping the meat off, boiling the bones/corpse, and make some chicken soup. Add some rice. My goodness.
 
Can anyone school me on a 24 hour fast while on IF? Should I just pig out and try to get my daily protein intake for the day once 24 hours hits? I've been fasting since 8 last night and am trying to plan my upcoming meal then continue my normal IF schedule the following day.

I know that some people like this whole IF thing...but I don't see how not eating for 24 hours helps you gain muscle... :x

For those that wear Converse (Chuck Taylors) for squating and deadlift are these shoes good?

ive been told is probably the best shoes you can use for deadlifts/squats/snatches because of the flat sole.....alot of times our coach makes us go barefoot actually.

^ yea I do a lot of my leg stuff barefoot. I feel it more and I think it helps in balance and strengthening those tiny fibers in the leg.

I am adjusting my IF diet... 16 hour fast is cutting me down a little too much

I plan on breaking my fast mid way with juicing pure organic veggies/fruits just to give my body some solid nutrients
 
If I do 4 sets of 40 10lbs reps will that slim my arms?

I want to work them out without getting bulky.

I used to lift 25lbs 2 20 reps with breaks in between and they just got bigger.
 
I cook up a big pot early in the week when I want to do a lot of oatmeal.  Toss it in containers and heat up as the week goes on.

Sounds disgusting.


How can any of y'all dislike oatmeal? Cut up green apples throw some milk in it and great meal.

Or walnuts strawberries blueberries and dries cranberries .

Someone school me on liquid diets.

I'm tryna cut & was thinking about doing a 7 day liquid diet.

How do you guys feel about it? Pros? Cons? Worth it?
