Do a juice fast. Do some research on it and I'm sure you'll like what you find. Also look into the documentary Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead.

What is the point? You do a juice diet for a week, lose some weight. But the moment you go back to regular, solid foods you will gain it all back
 
It's terrible, even when I stupidly dropped to 135lbs some 9 years ago, I still had that fat, I want to get that V shaped back, but that side fat makes me look more like an H

Yeah bro I know exactly what you mean, but for the V shape concentrate on building your lats as well as sliming down and you will get it. I only have about 10 or so pounds to lose to be at my ideal weight/BF and I swear it's all in the same place

Might take the day off today, had a good run this morning and am pretty sore from thursdays chest workout. Anyone else like that, more sore 2 days after then the day right after?

Had a slight setback fam, I'm still working out with the football team but didn't get the invite to spring practice this year :smh: thinking about switching to Defensive End because they're stacked at Fullback right now. Anyway, got some greek frozen yogurt and a good bicep and tricep pump today so i'm feeling alright :tongue:

What's happening folks...Just started trying to get in shape about a week ago. Taking a break from Keyshia Cole. Definitely changed my diet up. Lotta fish, grilled chicken, and green foods. Just recently realized I shouldn't eat pasta even though I love it. Been hitting up my apartment complex's gym everyday and getting on the stationary bike and doing pushups Think I'm gonna go with that for about a month before I jump up to the full body glider. Around March I'll probably get a gym membership because they don't really have weight machines and my dumbbells at home are really only good for bicep curls and lunges. Any advice is welcome. I have a vision of slimming down maybe twenty, thirty pounds and then really building muscle from there. I'm a good 235 now.

kinda been working out on and off. started in march, stopped in june. started again august, stopped thanksgiving. just started again last week.

anyways...gym at my school was closed. so I went to the gym at my apartment. machines only :lol:

but then BAM. I caught myself in the mirror.

i have a sudden fluid buildup around the sides of my knee caps. I landed on my feet a little awkwardly the other day during a practice session

its a bit uncomfortable to bend my knee all the way but straightening it out, i feel fine.

i have an overwhelming urge to jam a needle in there and just drain out what ever it is

Srs questio, how do you know when you got fluid buildup? Does it usually become swollen? Tender?

Had legs today and couldn't even get in my whole workout due to the squat racks being taken. Where did all these people come from.

I go the last hour before gym closes. Usually dead. But it was packed. Did calf raises, n an workouts, and did squat last. No lunges for me. Or seated calf raises.

Gonna make it up on make-up day where I hit what I feel i slacked on.
 
killed my legs yesterday...walking like a penguin today.




had to get in tho. Put in work on my shoulders and traps. very productive.
