I would definitely go MTM. I have about 10 dress shirts from mytailor.com and I'm very happy with the service. They have several tiers, most of my ***** are at around $80 each. They can definitely do sport shirts. I have it planned sooner or later. I will just use my current measurement and make the length shorter so it covers half my rear or so and opt for button down collars.
A lot of folks like the Brooks Bros ESF, but I don't think it's that great of a fit unless you're extremely skinny. Brooks Bros has a new slim fit out that's slightly bigger than the ESF, and that fits me nicely. I fall into the category of too small for American slim, but too large for Euro/Asian slim.

Just got 6 of them for about $240 + shipping last week. I really really like the fit a lot. I'm 6' 155 lbs. and the Medium fits me perfectly.

Also, the definition of sports shirts for Brooks Bros is a bit different. Their sports shirts are still pretty long. I'm 5'9'' and I'd have to tuck a size small in because it covers my entire rear. They just call it sports shirts because they have button down collars, like in the old days when sports were considered riding horses and stuff, this would prevent the collar from flapping around.

Judging by the name, you probably need a corporate card. Brooks Bros gives discount to corporate workers. You can Google for more info and a way in. I don't want to mention it here since it's against the rules, per se.

Love the fit if BB ESF. Shocked you don't fit into it WJ4.
I would dive in but still trying to time down and don't want to waste money on additional tailoring down the road. I straddle the line of L-XL. I will only need to slim some shirts down. Frustrating at this point. So much to buy but got to hold off. Haha.

I like the ESF from Brooks Brothers, but they're still not slim enough for me in the waist
Having a normal sized body everywhere but the midsection of a teenager FTL. It's hard to find pants too... legs fit into 32s but my waist is 29

I have some Bonobos pants. I'm not sure if they produce a specific line of "slim fit" chinos but I had to size down in their regular fit pants and they fit much better (36 --> 34).
