Dressing Better Vol 2.0

Hey guys need some help... I know i been asking too many questions about which tie/dress shirt to wear

but this will be my last time ... hopefully lol.

with this suit + shoes:

exactly this suit + shoes exept a white dress shirt..... which tie would go best out of these:

^ You can order a similar pair here, though they wont come pre-distressed like the W+H pair did.

I bought a pair when they came out but ended up selling them because at the time $750 was the most I'd ever spent on an article of clothing and I had crazy buyer's remorse. Regretted it every single day since.

Honestly man you can go with any of the ties that you included. That's the beauty of a navy suit and a simple white shirt. You can't go wrong with any tie from the ones you are considering. I would say go with the tie you like most and call it a day. All the ties you're considering are pretty solid choices and can work from wedding to work.

From the looks of it you definitely will be and I do like that navy with red polka dots that ksteezy mentioned but like I said you can't go wrong with any of them. Match it up with a white pocket square as well; regardless of which tie you choose, white pocket square.

any tips on breaking in shoes fast?  Through all the talk of AEs etc, I dug up a pair of Steve Maddens I bought yearssss ago for like $80 wore about 5 times and then threw under my bed never to touch again. (they literally make my left heel bleed every time i wear them.)

If the AEs dont come through in time for this weekend I'm going to have to use these as my back up shoe as they're the only brown dress shoes I own (my other pairs are all black.)

they're rubber soled and kind of stiff and pointy but they'll have to do.  The leather on the heel is killing me though.  Any advice on making them more comfy to wear?  As is I will not be doing the wobble in these.

White folks talking about doing the wobble and NTers in here listening to rap? What is the world coming to???

But Nako, if they're cheap shoes it might be hard to make them comfortable but there definitely are inserts/pads you can put into shoes to help. Other than that, get the AEs.

Well here are the pics of the Bourbons next to my Walnuts. Apparently Bourbon starts out as Walnut and then they proceed to burnish the hell out of it. I ended up hitting it with some Dark Brown polish since I don't have AE Bourbon yet. I really liked the results so I ended up taking these pics on my Dad's DSLR. Really gotta start using this thing more often

I say I'm good on shoes for awhile, but I know that's a lie

Dope. I wanted to place an order for the Bourbons but then I bought a suit instead. They look great! Will the sale still be going on Friday? I might put an order in for some stuff then if they still have pairs available in my size.

Yes sale is over on September 2nd.

Anyone want to help me find a watch? I'm too lazy to go to department store or to a watch shop to look around.

I'm currently in the market for a a new brown leather strap watch. Here are some requirements:

1. Bezel/dial must be at least 40mm
2. Band color must be brown and leather (croc is OK)
3. Must be an automatic movement
4. I prefer a white dial color. Doesn't have to be white, but i'll look at others if it looks nice.
5. Round dial
6. I would like it to be a chronograph.
7. Price range $2000-$4000
8. Watchmaker must specialize in watches. Swiss made preferred.

I was looking at Longines and this interested me. Only $2550
