Dressing Better Vol 2.0

I've been rocking the DB for awhile now and was wondering what are some good casual shoes to buy next. I really like the DB versatility and was hoping the next shoes or boot I transition into will be similar in that regards. Also, where do you guys recommend to get a nice pair of chino from? I was looking at the J. Crew 484.

Gonna finally make that transition to above-the-knee shorts this Spring/Summer. Any suggestions on quality brands?

I've been consistently rocking with J. Crew, but I want to try Epaulet this year. Those camo joints that Wis has are nice
Epaulet makes really nice stuff but you need to have some moolah to afford them. It took a while to get used to spending over $150 for trousers. They rarely go on sale and the popular sizes sell out pretty darn fast at regular prices. You may end up selling your shoe collection to cop pieces! Fair warning

How is VSCO? I was thinking about trying it out, but Snapseed works so well...

I've been using both and lately I'm all about VSCO because the filters are very subtle but make your pictures look real clean.

But upon revisiting snapseed after a while of not using it, I may have to switch back. So much more intuitive than VSCO for sure.

Just received one of the boots I ordered from the shoebank last week.  Is this typical for an AE seconds?

I have yet to receive the pair of Daltons I ordered. I'm hoping this isn't the case with them also.

I'm kinda disappointed with my first AE seconds purchase.

*EDIT* The ankle on the right boot sits about 1/2 inch higher than the left boot.

Is it just the tongue of the shoe? How much did you pay?
The tongue is just sticking out.

The issue I have with the boots is that the top of the ankle on the right side sits about a half inch higher than the left side. It's quite noticeable.

I paid $149

eh, its your money, return them if they bother you. But based on how I would wear them I wouldn't bother. That is an awesome price. If you plan to stack I would return.
