I personally like the Clifton more than the strand. It's more versatile to me.

Just went into local j crew. Didn't like anything other than possibly 2 shorts.

In my experience, size down at least .5.
If you have a wide foot go down .5, if not go down 1 full size

All. They give quite a bit. Treat the sizing like New Balance. I'm a 13 in normal Nike and a 12 in Lunargrands. The suede stretches like nicely.

Not a fan of the BB strands. I have the walnut AE Strands (firsts) and the black BB Strands (seconds) with the toppied soles and my walnut pair is much more comfortable. I only like to wear the black pair if it's snowing/raining. Still need to get some cognac Cliftons.
