Dressing Better Vol 2.0

Dude's an accountant. You can't expect the man to be walking around like http://instagram.com/danielre or http://instagram.com/tomaslasoargos daily. He dresses appropriately for his career and details that. Granted if he's going for that lifestyle menswear blog, he probably should add more weekend pieces, but from what I've seen from him, it works and looks good. If I want more flair, I'll look at other peoples blogs/IG's etc.

Dude is maintainin his lane...

You must be new around these parts, Adrian is not the type to dress for his lifestyle...he likes to dress up, he suited up in college while his classmates walked around in sweats...I didn't make my assumptions out of thin air and he knows this, as I know him personally and have seen him transition into what he is today and as I've said before I've told him to spice things up...yes he's into the menswear blogging thing, he has a blog and dropped his personal IG account and replaced it with his menswear one...my advice comes from a good place and he knows it.

Now please put your DBNT cape down bro...Adrian doesn't need an advocate, he knows me well enough to understand what I'm saying.

Is it possible to be conservative but still be deemed as a person who takes chances? What patterens/colors are considered a challange?

It all depends on the parameters of where you're wearing these things too as well. As an educator and as much as I'd like to wear a double breasted suit, it just doesn't fit the environment of my work place. It'd likely be taken as me trying to look as if I am over my boss.

:smh:

So what we've established (something that we've all known, because I've actually been in this thread for over 3 years) is that he likes to dress up, and currently works in a conservative accounting environment 5 days a week. Hence the majority of his suit fits are extremely conservative...

Yet somehow, you think my cape is flapping in the wind.

 alright bruh, you got it :smh:

Y'all funny. So let me understand about this DBT, it is only for suit wearers and business causal people?

Hol' up yo!

Wis used to be the Prop Joe of this thread, ran things and always made sure he got his words in. Now that he's no longer regarded as the best dressed pinoy DBNTer (guess who took that spot? I'll give you a hint; it wasn't TypeR), he's selling his closet and denouncing high-end designer kicks in spite of Adrian's new found flourishment. He can't compete any more so why try, right?

Wis is Pinoy?

I didn't know this was a competition of some sort

And I always thought Wis was Thai :nerd:

Looks like there's a damn civil war going on in this thread

The Stans seem to think I have something against A, the Stans seem to think Wis was remotely serious when he said he selling his lux kicks cause of A, Stans gon Stan

This is what happens when guys are more worried about clothing than anything else, this type of behavior is expected.

Elkin - If you was really looking out for your your homie, I'm sure you have an email, phone number or whatever that you could've told him what you wanted to say.
Just a few months ago you was posting in this thread everyday then you got all Hollywood with your GQ **** and you thought you became bigger than this thread.

Adrian - Im sure you love the compliments and retweets/reposts you get all throughout the Internet but you gotta take the bad with the good. Based off what I seen in the past, you haven't done too well with constructive criticism. This is detrimental to the flourishment process.

Always found it difficult to be too friendly with guys that spend way too much time at the mall/online shopping...this thread embodies that.
But I check this place everyday in hopes of catching good sales or a good civil war.
Today I get my war.

Some men just love the watch the world burn.
Smash ****, get money.

Holla back.

Rfx - Text me.
