Leather tends to stretch and bend over time adhering to the person's body better, so you want it to initially fit pretty snug because it will loosen and wear to your desired fit of your body.

Understood, but that leather dude is wearing in the picture looks wayy tight.
Unless he doesn't plan on wearing underneath it other than a t-shirt. That is just my opinion though.

I can't.
He doesn't work in my office. He was someone we're doing a project with and he was dropping off some documents to me. We ended up talking about specifics of the projects and it slipped my mind to ask.
Now I'm going to have to find an excuse to send him an email and stick in my inquiry about his shoes
EDIT: I asked my assistant to find out where the shoes are from and she told me they're called Belgian Shoes. They're only sold in one location here in NYC and they're supposed to be the most comfortable shoes/slippers ever. Each pair is hand made and they're originally slippers. You insert an insole that's made of horse hair and then install a rubberized sole, so they can be worn outside.

They already released, and the pair I posted are the release version. The sample version, like you mentioned, looked different (for the worse, in my opinion).
