So apparently LL Bean boots are all sold out until the end of Feb-April, which kind of defeats the purpose of buying them for rain and snow. Reps are saying you have to order your boots in the summer time to get a pair in the winter??
I ordered mine Oct-Nov a few years ago. I guess demand for them is even way more now. They're not that great anyway. Maybe try those Sorel boots posted.

the sorel boots are sold out everywhere online too. They have them at the new flagship store but after looking at a video review of them they look way clunkier than I expected. I ended up being like eff it and just placing a bean order. expected delivery February 24

I tried to order a dark ash/brown pair of Thinsulate 8 inch boots but someone cart jacked me and they sold out before I could checkout. I ended up going with a tan pair of the Thinsulate 8 inch boot. They won't come until February though.
It doesn't get that cold in NYC usually so I don't think I need the Goretex, but last winter was horrible. It snowed or rained three times a week from November through the middle of March so I figure the Thinsulate can't hurt.
The uninsulated regular Bean boots are on back order until April...

I have the shearling 10inch. I'm thinking of downsizing to an 8 inch next time I trade them in. The 10 inch is just too much unless there's snow and ice out.

the shearling 10 inch is actually the only pair available right now. I saw someone in what looked like a short shearling but the top could have just been folded down

Valentina In Pell makes a beautiful wallet.
The Italian leather is BUTTER. Highly recommend.

Same wallet I've had for a decade, a gift from my woman. Think it is a Ken Cole, the embossing has worn off. Wallet is one item I really don't care much about, and they will be obsolete soon enough. Everything will be in our phones.
