Speaking of white sneakers, anyone else notice higher end brands putting out a shoe similar to the Stan Smiths? The silhouette of the shoe is a lot sleeker, but I still think it's a reiteration of the classic with the colored heel.

First foray into entry level (2nds). Not mad but not blown away they look more brown than bourbon. What yall think?

I think it would help if you took the picture under natural light without a flash. The flash washes out the color of the shoe.
I have a pair of AEs in brown though and they look much darker fwiw.

Whats the verdict on all-black suede Clarks DB's?

Yeah I remember they sat on FNL / Eastbay for months at $19.00. I copped four pairs of the Nylon white/navy joints for $19.00 too. Down to my last pair and they're pretty beat.
