My friend sent me a flick of those shorts over the wkd, I haven't seen them in person yet but he said they are pretty nice. Bloomies only had 3 left supposedly. I still have a bunch of macys cash left so I might get those soon.

Well Macys in my neighborhood had plenty...but it's really good quality

I visited his website a few times and chatted via email...I know he does a lot of custom work, using the bear linen cloths and RL scarves.

nice aztec knit Kush, i'm still looking for one. a friend of mine recently found a seller that had my size, NWT... but wanted $350 for it. i've seen those go for around 100, new i might drop a little more but over 3 is OD.

Always like this shirt, I remember seeing it only in the Atrium in NYC, no other retailers had it that I know of in my area. That Aztec flag is definitely one of the rarest of all the flag, not because it's hard to find but because Ralph Lauren never really did it again. I remember I bought mine like 4-5 yrs later after it dropped, I was on the fence back then about it, but I later realized I truly love the colors in it.

I passed that up years ago @ a store named Ragga Muffin for $75. It was a lg and I was a xl. Those days couldn't rock the "young fit". Well pass my wrist. 16 Flags later and I still want it. Flags still needed: Baby blue PSport, Aztec, Purple label Grey cashy.

16 flags as in just "knit sweaters" or "flag pieces". I might be close to 16 Flags in just knit sweaters alone and that is cutting myself off from '01-'02??? when they released flags with RL embroidered at the bottom left hem. I didn't touch those since the colors were repeated although I may have to investigate the green version that might be lighter than the original green version. I haven't picked up a flag knit since then but i regret passing on that wool knit flag hoody a few years back. I have the baby blue polo sport and I feel that is very rare since you don't see it too many people's collections. Also the purple label cashmere is a blend of like 50%cashmere 50%wool so it's not a full cashmere, like the blue label cashmere flag knits that i have a few stashed away.

You must know brooklyn very well to know about Ragga Muffin...that was actually a really dope spot to get Polo...I bought from them all the time, this is before they expanded. I remember when they had the Snow Beach pants for $80, I passed on them b/c I just wasn't feeling them. Ragga is still great for copping polo, but there's so many places were you can finds deals now

I only have a few flags knits either 3 or 4...I sold my baby blue PS version last yr...I think the only color I'm interested in is grey. The only thing I don't like about the wool version is they pile very easily, but cotton ones can sag much if not properly taken care of. The navy flag cotton was the first novelty knit I owned, which I gave to my brother...in the 90's a large knit runs big

You might be right about that sportsman graphic sold only at Atrium, my boy told me about it when it had dropped and he only saw it there also.

Fitted fleece RLX hat under the Polo Sport label, I only seen 2 of these and I own them both (well my brother has the other Lol)...I've never got around to wearing this....actually maybe you have this Jay Lol

why was that? He was the butt of all jokes until W****-Lo came on th5r scene. I remember like 8 yrs ago I contacted him on a few rugbys but he was giving heavy headcracks. Then it was joke after joke. My favorite was someone called him Peter Pan-Lo for that young Sui Jacket on the bridge that day.

honestly, i don't know what it was but it may have been personal for some people but that is all speculative. i think the Peter Pan joke came more from his pants he wore rather than the short Sui jacket.

@Jay Yeah 16 knits not counting the hats and scarfs. My oldest is the Cream 98 my newest was this seasons. Here are basic colors.

Not pictured Grey, Green (cotton) there are 2 Greens, blue shawl neck and distressed from a few seasons ago and the salt & pepper. Also Skiman anniversary and 9/11. Have to look into the Blue label Flags. Thanks for info on Purp Lab. Saw one recently on the bay, but it was too small.
