My outlet was being stingy with the 50% off coupon, only let me use it once, but they did give us an extra 20% off. Family pickups.

All I got was the reindeer shirt.

Damn. The girls at the outlet I go to just enter it no questions asked. I picked up hella custom fit button ups the past week for $26.00 a pop. I prefer the fit of the outlet shirts more so than the ones from polo.com. The factory gets colorways you never see online and in the dept stores.

I had a manager get pissed after I used the coupon twice. I told her I'd be nice and only use it one more time that night. Legit just came back and used it the next day. She tried to offer me that weak as 20% off entire purchase coupon. I hit her with the still face.

I chatted up a sales associate to ask if they get commission or something because I figured that was why the manager may have been mad. Found out they don't even get commission and was like eff that, I'm going in just cuz.

The manager was trippin especially when I pulled out a second coupon to buy the reindeer shirt. She knew I already used the first one, I told her this ones my wife's. She said "these are only sent out to special customers." She told me she would honor it but "all sales final". Not sure why she said that but whatever. I'm sure she was just hatin.

They ask at all the outlets whenever you purchase stuff now. They want your name and addy to send coupons etc "supposedly"

Dude in the polo department @ Macy's located, and held it for me. When he called me I asked if there were any sales running. He said if I use my Macy's card he came hook me up. $316 I can't complain.

They ask for my email and my name jus pops up. Some sales folks ask," you have an email to record the points" and some jus say what's your email...

the reason we ask for name and address/email is in case we have to look up your info and to differentiate you with anyone else in the system and keep an accurate customer history (coupons are secondary)... new policy no receipt no return/exchange but we can look up purchase history if its accurate in the system... if you don't give info it doesn't matter but its all for your benefit... ill try to keep more up to date with the thread and if you need any info in regards to any factory store info or even RLS info i can do my best to answer any questions

the whole 50% thing is a mess... its obvi not to suppose to be used more than once but with our new directions from the execs about coupons if you complain enough you can get away with it

nope... we don't have way of tracking who gets what coupon or how many times you use it... thats all taken care of by home office in NYC... we can only make sure you are signed up to receive them
