Sooo I jus got off the phone with RL customer service. Not only did I have to complain about my ski bear sweater being shipped in a bag, I had another complaint. by the way, the CS rep told me they have switched to shipping everything in bags. I even asked if it was dependent on price, and she said no, if it fits in a bag, it will ship in a bag. SMH... I jus got received 2 more items. They came from a store location and whoever packed it forgot to take the sensors off [emoji]128534[/emoji][emoji]128534[/emoji][emoji]128545[/emoji]

For my troubles she gave me a $20 gift card that they'll email to me... SMH...

Naw I didn't pay for shipping. It was bought thru RL.com but shipped from one of the stores. I had 2 options. Got the nearest store which is in San Francisco, 40miles from me or return and re order. Told her yea and cross my fingers that there's no sensors on it. No thanks.
