Nice, i really want to retire from vintage, but when I see pics like this, it just pulls me back in....in the last yr for some reason I prefer sweatshirts than the knits. I would love to get one...

i thought i retired after i got a beach pullover and got both grandfather knits about 10 years ago hahaha when nobody was checking for this stuff and all these "ALL OF A SUDDEN I LOVE VINTAGE POLO STADIUM PWING SPORTSMAN 1992 1993 SNOW BEACH BUT I'M SO IN LOVE WITH VINTAGE RALPH LAUREN NOW BUT I WAS BUYING CLOTHES 10 YEARS AGO AND THEY WEREN'T VINTAGE RALPH LAUREN BUT I LOVE IT NOW AND NOW I'M STUDYING VINTAGE RALPH LAUREN SO NOW I BECAME A COLLECTOR AFTER 20 YEARS THESE CLOTHES WENT OUT OF STYLE. i said to myself that i pretty much got most of the pieces i've wanted including everything that i already had in the collection.

I did visit VGA when it was available, but I didn't know it was a forum for good vintage conversations. There is a lot of things I still love, but very little in what I want to get. I love to see it thou...I recently acquired 2 of my must haves in the last couple months for exceptional deals, so I'm happy with that. The snow beach pullover is another story...I had an opportunity to purchase that jacket long ago, because it wasn't the Rae I felt I wouldn't have a problem obtaining it, but I just don't see it anymore in general, but the Rae and the hoodie pop up all the time. I get pieces I like, not cause there "power pieces" or popular. I think my retirement is purely out the hype that seems to be surrounding the culture, which I feel is more "trendy", paying $1000+ for certain items is no fun...especially since I've been "collecting" way before PayPal existed, back then I didn't consider it collecting

Yes they have in the past...I would say about 3yrs ago....just realized rrlegend answered the question. But to elaborate they were also on the RL website around that time.

it was still in there when i went thru there... wont be up there for a minute but if anyone is near Woodbury Commons, is still on the racks..

They had plenty of them at my local outlet. I'll check if they have a medium tomorrow when I make a return.
