it's going to be huge bro! They want the consumer to be able to not just try on the shoe but to interact with it in certain scenarios like how LeBron, KD & others would on the court. The tech they're building in there is gunna be like a magic show and that building might be occupied

Praying on my knees haha, yeah Erin called like 2 days ago about canceling the Flushing position and putting me in the final runs for Soho, (thank god i aint traveling that deep) I think whoevers in charge of handling applicants got like 300 to go through? tbh I deadass wanna work asap even though the stores nowhere near gonna be open anytime soon lmaoo, did your recruiter say anything about rookie training?

Yes he explained alil about RTC but nothing entirely.. But that I would be doing orientation from 10-6 maybe..

But NTNY is different from what I know. Isn't it? Cause we different discount percentages from there and other stores. From what I think the soho store would be the NIKE Flagship not NIKE TOWN Flagship you feel me?

With both being inline stores not sure of the distinction ... the sneakerhead in me just curious about a 'flagship' shift with regards to stock allocation. there are alot of pairs to be had. lol

ntny will always be #1 . this store will be a different experience from what i heard. in the least itll be another store like rf , mercer , flatiron

I feel you lol the sneaker head in me wants to just get started on my collection haha but nah real **** tho I think niketown is completely different because it's international so yeah it'll be the only NTNY but this will be the main attraction for Nike in general.. Honestly I've never been there but I've seen videos on it and I think this new store is gunna blow it out of the water..

@cucumbercool it makes sense the Nike SoHo will be akin to Flatiron or 21Mercer ... actually figured it would be the prime locale of NikeLab leaving 21Mercer to be the 'boutique' space its an outgrowth of.
@TrillogXO having lived in NYC long enought to frequent the Manhattan Nike offerings (and the Brooklyn community location opened last year) and having done my time on the overnight shift... I honestly would can't see SoHo besting NTNY -- downtown shoping is not about big ostentatious shop offerings and NTNY is that for the tourist class and the denizens of the City.
