you must ain't heard control system.... there were features but on one or two it was just for the hook.

I don't know what the issue is...at this point only time will tell. The whole "I'm about to leak my album" thing raises eyebrows.
 
I too don't like the amount of features on here but I am still excited for the album. You really have to wait and see with features because the majority of them could just be hook features so who knows.
 
I really don't think features make or break an album. Its more like how the features are used. I think TDE was trying to push ab-soul to go a lite more mainstream because his last albums were very... I don't know, monotonous. So props to them for trying to make him expand and develop but I don't know if he's going to be able to keep his flow/ ethics while going more commercial.
 
16 tracks is too much Imo but then again there might be a few interludes. I really don't want a long Soul album tho
 
I also agree 16 tracks is too much. 12-14 tracks would be perfect....I felt the same way about Control System. I like that album and it is a very good album but it definitely has some filler that I could do without and would have been much better served as a shorter album.

My sentiments exactly. Revisited Control System this past week to get ready for the new album and it definitely would have been perfect had 4-5 tracks been omitted.

After a few listens I can't get into this album. Complete 180 from control system. Tree of life and stigmata probably my favorite tracks on here. The battle at the end of the last track is dope though.
