i just didnt feel like going to Atlantic ave...so i told dude to come to MY AREA....and why would i be scared of this dude?..like i said before..i couldveeasily robbed him..but i was being sincere..anyways...i got 200 bucks..its still a deal..he DID get a good copy of COD4 and a wired controller..and the Xbox360 itself is fine

that controller been through better days...i had that controller for 2 years..but at least he got a brand new wired controller

I wouldn't be surprised if there were traces of semen on that controller. That's just nasty.

I can understand being duped by thinking a game was in the console, but after looking at the controllers, why didn't you say something about it beforegiving him the money?

But I think that was a fraudulent move by the seller. You all negotiated the deal on NT, and he did not uphold his end of the deal. If I were you, I'dcontact the Administrators and see if you could get him banned. Or you could seek out his contact info and speak with his parents. If a person has to fraudsomeone for 200, surely they aren't self sufficient and are still living at home.

You can't say you are selling a package with the intention of withholding certain items?

I mean why lie? If you could have easily robbed him, why did you have to lie and tell him that a game was inside the console. If it was like that, why notjust tell him, look here I'm not giving you what I told you I was, and I'm going to keep your money, and there isn't anything you can do about it?

There isn't any honor in lying and manipulating. It comes across as if you were afraid. Where are your morals?
