As much as I hate slip ons that 3m is crazy.
If the Skools were all 3m like that I'd be in, but with just the stripe I'd rather get some regular all blacks on deep disco.

What's up with vans collaborations being near impossibly to snag? I really wish they did something like New Balance does and offer a US made collection with higher quality materials and craftsmanship.

Yeah I don't understand the quick sellouts either. Seems like no one talks about vans but collabs dissappear super. Like the latest OC collab. Didn't hear a word about it until 18 hrs after they released and by that time it was already too late.

Just snagged a pair of the OC x vans easter pack in the orange cw. Randomly checked and they had a restock in my size! Pretty psyched! Hopefully the order gets filled.
Now I just need the pink cw. Hope they do a full restock of all colors/sizes like the did with the nude hi's and old skools.

How are they compared to J. Crew, Uniqlo, etc. Heard Journeys slide down and rip easily?
Yeah I'm thinking about giving them a try. Usually use J. crew and I got a free pair of Uniqlo that I still need to use.

I've never really had an issue with them. Never ripped and maybe slide down every once in a while but its not something I'm adjusting all the time. They don't have that weird rubber patch in them near the ankle which I prefer since all the kinds that I've tried with it are uncomfortable.

Oh i love the patch of silicone. Helps them stay on my feet better and eliminate irritation to my achilles from some shoes.

I'm late in here but I asked for suggestions between Old Skool and Sk8 Hi last month. I went ahead and got the Sk8 Hi and as you can see have been worn plenty of times now. I think I should have went with Old Skool or just a pair of Converse, I don't like the cut of high top shoes. But I'll be lying if I said the hype of seeing many people with these now did not get to me. To be honest they are uncomfortable as ****, how do you guys stay on your feet more than 30 minutes with these? Do you guys switch the insoles out or do you place another insole on top?

i thought slip ons were uncomfortable until i wore socks with them...lol....now they are all good
