**NEED HELP** Are a deadstock pair of the Nike Vis Zoom Uptempo's still wearable?

This guy I know is selling me a deadstock pair of the black/white/blue Vis Zoom Uptempo's for a good price and I plan on wearing them, but I'm trying to figure out if they are still wearable or not. Oh yeah, do you guys know how these shoes feel comfort wise? Thanks in advance.
 
The low-density phylon outriggers WILL crumble regardless of how they were stored.  Do not plan on wearing them at all.
