Any Military cop Jordans on base?

I'm in the Air Force and I was lucky enough to snag the Olympic 6s and 7s at my base exchange, it was odd to me that we even got them, because I've only seen team jordans in the BX. I was thinking it was a mistake but I found out that other bases get them on the regular, anyone else in the Armed Forces get J's at their base?
 
Wow, glad you got yours then. I would assume you couldnt get them on base. Hope you get more of ones you like
 
Nah, they have the ability because they have a jordan account, I just wonder why they never get them? The old ladies that worked there didn't understand why ppl were going bananas, it was the Olympic 7 release.
 
I sometimes cruise to the px during lunch when i'm back in garrisona nd sometimes come across form fire....it's usually the general stuff they have ....but one time i came across flints..
and OF COURSE they weren't my size...so I asked one of the ladies, and thye had no idea how they even got thme in. just said "we get random shipment."

To me the PX is like a TJ MAXX or ROSS....not quality wise but seleciton wise....one dya yu cna find some fire..and some days BASHURA

lol but we had a full run of Olympic 6s and 7s.. they got the 6s like 2 weeks late and released the 7s on friday.. they were gone by the time the BX closed word spreads like wild fire
 
I have as well at Buckley AFB in CO, I was able to get some XIIIs like a week or two after release. I was able to get a pair of grey toe XIII and flint XIII back in '05 a couple of
months after release date.
 
I live 3 minutes away from Fort Hood and I bought at least 35 pairs in 1990-2001 from the PX with no hassles and practically 30-40% off with no tax compared to the local mall prices. They used to always release them 2-3 weeks before the mall too. I really miss having a dependents ID card!
 
Back in the day I used to always see Jordan's for sale at the bx. Now whenever I go out to any exchange I never see anything. Maybe it's due to my location in central ca. I got several bases within hours of me- Travis afb, Beale afb, presidio of Monterey, nps Monterey, lemoore nas, Edwards afb, vandenberg afb. I've never have seen any retros at any of these bases I listed. But yet last week on vacation I stopped at camp pendelton and San Diego naval base and noticed San Diego sold retros. Didn't have any when I went but had a sign saying they were getting the Olympic vii's a week after release date. So my guess is it just depends on the size of your exchange and if there is enough of a demand for the 'hot' item from the customers.

Yeah, SD gets retros and the allow camp outs as well. They get general releases anything else you got to go outside the base.
 
The ones that do carry Jordans usually have them lower from what the suggested MSRP should be.

Anybody know about ordering Jordan's through AAEFES? or whatever brand your branch uses? 
 
I use to, but my last two bases don't get ish good.

But growing up on Army bases, they get all the heat!
My boy down at Lackland said they be getting the goods though
 
i stood in line for an hour to get the 4s yesterday at $170 only to get back on base and find them in the BX..

Tinker AFB in Oklahoma is hit in miss sometime they get new releases sometimes they don't.
 
My daughters mom sends me stuff off base. Navy bases get some good stuff. When in Oki I was getting Retros for 20. Those were the days.
 
Im at yokosuka base japan and they have releases on the hush hush. like right when the store opens there will be a small line like 5-10 people waiting for the shoes. I was there waiting the other day and there was a line and i knew what for, considering everyone was wearing Js. The store opened with no drama at all everyone stayed in line and walked up and asked for their size. It was the fire red 4s for 129$ . needless to say i passed when i took a look at the quality. i was already on the fence with these and seeing them made it easy. After the line was finished and some people doubled up there was still like 4- 5 pair. Now take you back to the concords i tried to get there but had work so ended up getting there like 2 hours before the NEX opened and there was 40 + people camping for less than 20 pair smh. Every once in a while when all the ships are gone you can walk in and find some heat just setting there on the shelves. Got 2 pair of white cements 3s back in 2011 just setting there weeks after release date.
 
I got the 11 lows for 107$ at the px on fort jackson when i was in A.I.T. They had a waiting list to for military blue fours they held them for you too if you came in and signed up.
 
AAFES needs to start utilizing its Jordan account more for us service members/sneakerheads. It get's me to thinking though, if they can sell them at 20% off.. how much are FNL and FTL really making off us? I remember when the footlocker in my area started getting Jordans they used to let us use our discount and now.. it's the managers policy that we can't.

Ive asked about this and the old lady had no idea what I was talking about.

Just like most said, my exchange is really hit or miss. Have decent luck in San Diego bases both navy and USMC
 
I camped for my Olympic 6s but I did buy another pair of 6s and 7s at Eglin AFB on a Thursday before the 7s released.  I had to bring one of my soldiers to hospital and drove to the BX just to check it out.  They had the 6s on display and the lady brought out the 7s when I was trying to find someone to get me my size.  I said I wanted both in a Sz 10.  When I drove back to the Army Compound I told everyone that I know that rocks J's.  I know 6 people at least drove straight there to get them.  

When I was at Ft Bragg, I bought 2 pairs of Concords a week before release.....  I don't always check but I've gotten lucky a couple of times.  The Footlocker at Ft Bragg gives a 20% military discount if you guys are stationed out that way.

 when i walk through the nex seening all these team jordans and worse. Sometimes we will get heat but its rare.
