"Days of Future Past" - New X-Men Movie Release Date (First Class Sequel)

Well said. The larger problem, as we can see from Fox's track record, is that it is clear that they do not have the people in place to produce a good movie. Their best solution is to clean house and recruit everyone from Marvel studios and/or Disney.

This isn't just one bad movie or one bad decision, this is a track record of poor performance.

meth should send to a news channel
maybe others will get upset and decide to boycott there films
They're acting within their rights - to a certain extent.  I find some of the claims laughable, but if you question them you won't even get a response.  They count on it being easier just to perform the takedown than to stand up for yourself.

In the case of the "plot points," I feel there's no legitimate claim there.  In the case of images, they are undoubtedly the legal rightsholder.  Leaked images from the set or screengrabs from a screener?  Okay...  You had someone violate an agreement and you don't want stolen images to shape the way the audience perceives the films.  I get it.  No problem.

Sending us a legal threat over a movie poster a month before release?  That's just so petty.

just caught up with alot of this.

smh at fox. read what most of us are complaining about you will get better reviews.

I agree with alot of yall sayin how come Mr jackman doesn't wear the whole costume. I agree that mask is really sick esp making it slighty evil.

and I agree with the scripts they have been rather off.

I think sometime Marvel forget that most of us were kids and loved the show. but the movies just suck

Regardless of how we feel about Fox, I think the logical compromise is just to post a link to another website that has images. Just avoid the hassle because it's certainly not worth it to have to deal with their complaints.

fox trollin  . they know its going to be garbage. i had such high hopes for this movie. was legit hyped. as the months pass and more info was released it just brought me back down to reality. if fox wants to hide early critique thats fine. in due time they will be thrown to the wolves when it comes out. fox is ruining the x-men franchise and its a damn shame.

fox, you lame. They should be happy there is a thread and discussion about their movie. This is the internet, it's really dumb to get upset about official movie posters and trailers being shared.

oh i forgot the rise of the planet of the apes is distributed by fox
after that they wont be getting any money from me
oh wait and after how to train ur dragon 2
so after that then no more money going to fox movies
oh and maybe prometheus 2

Fox if your reading this, Now I won't be going to see this film, Looks very average anyways,

Looks like it may end up in the Green Latern category of garbage

From io9.com

http://io9.com/whats-quicksilvers-role-in-x-men-plus-loads-of-new-s-1561966754

Producer Simon Kinberg talked about the role Quicksilver would play in the film:

That is the bulk of Quicksilver's presence in this film. They need somebody who can help them get in and out of somewhere. And the idea is that Logan knew him in the future, and so they go to try to find his younger self.

He also talked about how they conceived of the character:

The way we conceived him is a sort of an ADD kid. Everything he does is just popping and zipping around. He doesn't take anything seriously. He's not in a situation for more than a few seconds. So it infused the movie with an energy that was really useful for us.

Quicksilver is Magneto's son in the comics and there may be an allusion to it in the movie, but it's not something we fully explore yet.
Yup this is just an FU to Marvel... :smh:

Fox continues to shot their self in the foot shut this thread and any other fox thread down ****'em

Even if this movie does John Carter numbers, I still don't see Fox relinquishing the XMEN rights.
