They look like the 2012 Hyperdunks, PR colorway. And they're available at every major sneaker retailer online.

Thank-you sir or madam, that's exactly what they are. Hyperdunk Olympic 2012 CW for Porto Rico. I guess the Russians just liked the red. R.
