I submitted my form almost two weeks ago. Still no info or update. Do I need to resubmit ????
 
thanks meth for the info and also thanks to NT staff who kept in touch with me through email to get me back "HOME" and not on SNEAKER TALK...SMH

Unbelievable.

I submitted on 8/21 of this forum. I'll IM you but I doubt this is going to do any good.

Had I know all of this was going to happen in one day I would have took all the painstaking work needed to make an exact duplicate of my account 

Nope no warning no nothing and then get told "it's your fault not ours"

I'll even post the link to my old account if that helps any of you guys.

You were given instructions to reclaim your old account in the Welcome post, a link to which was included in the PM you received after registering for the site. 

You can still reclaim that account, but we're not going to give NEW accounts the same post count as something else when the original account already exists.  

Honestly, changing these attributes and setting up old accounts has required literally hundreds - if not thousands - of hours worth of work.  We could have easily just started fresh when we switched platforms.  I don't think we're asking too much here.  If you want the old account and its attributes, just go through the process we've outlined.  Get the account back FIRST, then, if needed, submit the post count correction form.

If your account is "Dirtylicious," you can't make a post count update request if your account name is "Dirtylicious2."  Get the original account back, then make the post count request IF necessary. 
 
I got it . It worked that post was submitted before I pm'd you I'm using the old account.

So I have submitted the form twice not feedback and no post count change.... what's going on ?
 
i Submitted the survey but I don't remember exactly how much posts I had or my exact join date. I only know It was back in 2006 and I had over 300 posts because I was able to post in the buy/sell forums. Thanks in advanced for the help!
 
I tried joining again with my old username... it says it's already taken. but when i search for the user it says not found.. Any help?

I have the same problem. I'm trying to log in as momoney848 and it says taken?

Looks like my join date is correct....but post count is not.

My join date was originally 12/2006. I can't prove it though, because my Yuku account was banned over at Sneakertalk because I stuck up for NikeTalk :\ >:
