We were all psyched when rumors about a Grape / Laney pack began to take over the message boards and blogs but to no surprise, the pack was another one of those misleading rumors that was later forgotten. However, let’s not forget that 2013 is the 23rd anniversary of the Air Jordan 5 and guess what colorway will be making its return? Yep, you guessed it, the Air Jordan 5 “Grape” will be making its long awaited 2nd retro debut sometime in the Summer quarter. It is not known how different this retro will look compared to the 2006 version so before we jump into conclusions, let us wait until the first sample photos begin to surface in the next few months. Let us know if you’ll be purchasing the Grape 5 next year.

Gonna keep the 06 pair DS and use these newer ones to do yard work in.... 2 pairs this time around.

I know the BAY AREA went stupid when these dropped.

Hopefully the quality is an improvement over the 06 pair...that leather was pathetic. Otherwise, beautiful colorway..

I don't like most of the Jordan V's but I'll cop these if my money is right when they release.

Definitely need a pair of these. My pair was stolen, along with a few other kicks. I want cop if there is a 23 on the side, though. I'll just pay the extra money and cop a 06 pair.

Its gonna be madness....I need two pairs though. I remember I went to the Orlando Nike outlet and they had B-grades for the low!!! Copped em cause you couldnt even tell... Probably wont EVER happen again lol...Glad this is happening though, I can miss out on fire reds as I have way too many red/black/white shoes and almost ten pairs of V's smh...
