Patch did wonders for me, game is playable. Ive had positive kill counts the last 25 or so games I played, even going 34-7 I think in a recent one. Just fix the spawns and this will be even better.

Literally about to sell this game. I'm point blank shooting guys in the face with a shotgun, and get no hit markers, but get killed with a pistol. Really? 

Lag Compensation is terrible. And you get penalized for being the host. I literally went 1-15 in a Dom match where I was the host. And I had full bar. Till this is fixed, this game is going on the backburner and I'm heading to NBA 2K13/Fifa13/Tekken Tag 2/Other games from my black Friday haul...

Just sold mine a few hours ago.  

I finished the campaign just so I got my $'s worth.  Played zombies a few times last night, which was fun as usual and made me think about keeping it.  Then I ran about an hours worth multiplayer and was about to hulk smash my PS3 controller, as usual.  Dudes blatantly spawning right behind me.  Me emptying an MP7 clip into someone from a few feet away and them somehow C-walking around the bullets, only to shoot me dead with 1 or 2 shots.  Mad killstreaks not being awarded when I clearly earned the necessary points.  There are just far too many issues that turn what is supposed to be fun into me dog-cussing my TV.  

I'ma keep an eye on this thread though--maybe when they fix some of the issues I'll pick up a used copy somewhere.  Until then, can anyone recommend a good FPS, or do I have to take it back to the old CoDs?  Battlefield 3 any good?  

Yes, very good. Give it a chance and dont initially compare it to CoD thinking it is how a multiplayer FSP should play and you'll really like BF3.

I don't like this game at all though... it's so different than MW3.

One thing I don't like it when I'm putting bullets in someone in MW3 you would know, but it this game there is no way of knowing if you're hitting the enemy with bullets or not.

This is the first COD I've played from this company, but I played a couple games and I'm just not feeling it at all.

Will give it some more time otherwise taking my behind back to MW3 or finish up Red Dead Redemption.

Finish RDR man. Not many games like it whereas blops is just another iteration of the oversaturated FPS market. Once you finish RDR play the expansion RDR undead.

it happens when the host migration kicks in. Anyone in that lobby next time receive the probation message even, if they didn't quit. Its a known glitch

I believe if you unlock all gold camo for all of that specific gun type you will unlock Diamond for that gun type.. like getting all gold smgs will unlock Diamond for the smgs etc etc.. I'm not 100% sure but I'm like 99

Hmm... Kind of hope that's what its all about cause I've been trying to do that with my snipers anyways... I have 2 of them Gold right now and working on the 3rd.

Anyone know why you don't get points for defusing the bomb in search and destroy? It seems like you sometimes randomly get 100 points for it, but most of the time you get nothing :\.

thats exactly what you have to do. I got Diamond LMG's and I'm thinking about starting the AR's but IDK.
