i'm glad you liked it brah.. i haven't even really been able to check out vol. 2 like that yet because vol. 1 is just so damn good.

and you're right, most of this "indie" type music is best enjoyed at night while straight up relaxing.
 
I know lol I've been playing it for a while now, just got Vol. 2 though about to give it a listen soon.

And yeah, ESPECIALLY if you have good headphones it makes the experience sooooo much better.

No. There's a difference between Rock music and Indie music. They're two different genres. Rock music is in its own thread hence why I created this thread and didn't post in there.

I like to put Quadron in more of a soul genre just because of Coco's voice. But figure I'll post this anyway.
It's crazy how much I love this band. Them and Little Dragon have became my two favorite bands throughout the last 3-4 years or so.

Were you ever in the old rock thread? :\ It pretty much turned into what this thread is over time, minus psk posting punk or whatever from time to time. No hate though, years of posts from the old thread are gone so we needed something new.

Yeah my response to that guy was kinda douchey what I meant to say was that I didn't want people to post rock music in here (not that it's not good) but because I didn't want this thread to turn into a 'Anything but Hip-Hop' thing. And I didn't wanna take away from the other thread at all, I know it has been around for a while. I made this thread as a branch off of that you could say.

You don't like punk? That & hip hop (not the flossy crap dominating charts now) were the original indie. I hate these pop bans posing as punk. .

Angels is still as amazing as the first time I heard it. Pretty excited right now to hear the rest of it, here we go :smile:

Give their first album a few more listens it's such a great album! Make sure you get the bonus tracks as well.


And their music is like Nyquil lol it will make you fall asleep, some of the most soothing stuff I've ever heard.

I like it. I dont listen to a lot of punk, but older stuff like the Clash or Ramones are dope as hell.
