The biggest grip i have about Hyperfuse is the highlighted cutouts. I don't have a problem with it if they are color matched with the upper. I guess that's the only way to go with color blocking on the X. I really was looking to cop a bred colorway this year since i didn't with the IX. Might have to look for a pair now. The mango pair looks decent though even with those cutouts.

The X will look better with jeans/pants since not many like the tongue tab and the lack of a pull tab on the back.

they really should have gone a different route with the blk/red colorblocking. not sure how the zoom power design was rejected and yet this one is allowed. unless colorways get the best of me, this is shaping up to be another lebron V for me.

I agree but other than that the Olympics colorway is dope. I'm not completely sold yet still waiting on other colorways to release.

So we can expect a rehash of old colorways huh..... The design is ok but the materials are trash. Imagine the upper being full grain tumbled leather.... C'mon Nike. The lebron line is pretty much the modern day uptempos with cheap materials and a higher price

Ugh. I just wish they would drop another black: upper, white midsole, red sole and accents shoe like this.

very flawless, imo. But these black/red 9s and black/red 10s just don't do it for me.

Classics! Some complained that this bred 8 used the same black upper, white midsole and red outsole way too much. Now Nike took this version way outside the box. And those that liked the 8's classic look aren't feeling the X just as much as those that hated the 8s classic look. Can't please everyone. Looks like I might have more Kobes than Brons again next year.

Not feeling either colorway. And I'm not mad about it either. Looks as if I'll be able to breathe for the first couple months. Hoping to cop maybe 4 to 5 releases max.

Just gonna focus on completing my 9 collection and knock out some IDs.

Two straight years Nike has messed up a classic colorway. Damn...
The fakes would have been copped. The actual black/reds are beyond garbage. Smh

i'm thinking only the X+ are getting the 'diamond cut' logo the way things look as of now. i have high hopes for this shoe, but out of the three cw shown so far, my wallet may stay closed for a bit. not saying i won't cop multiple pairs, i just hope a pair i really feel releases sooner than later. spread out the nice cw so i can recover from my 9 spending hangover.

I wish Nike didnt have to stamp their check on their players signatures, especially Lebron.

I mean, I know they did it Jordans at first, but Jordans could stand alone with a check on the back, the jumpman proves that. I mean after the 6, was there any Nike checks on any J's after? I think that was the beauty with J's. Not saying Lebrons line is whack, its the next best. I just dont think they NEED to put a check on every sig shoe.

On another note, those fake X's > bred X's.
