He's holding off on dropping it and giving it to the label because he was displeased with the promotion (or lack of) with WZRD...he said they didn't push it even remotely, so he's holding off on MOTM3 and will drop it when he wants to.

Dude made a song called Marijuana and quit smoking before we even heard of it so I wouldn't be surprised if he's back on it or still is keeping clean.
