has anybody seen these before they look just like the kobe 1's.

Yeah these came out around the same time of the Kobe 1s as the JC Penny/Lower End version of the Kobe 1s. I'm guessing they found it randomly in inventory or someone returned it some how to NDC and they put it back up there.
