Should i make this trade

should i trade a pair of kobe poison dart frogs VNDS (worn once got them two days ago) for a pair of jordan 5 metallics worn a good 20 or 30 times but with good care so id give them 8/10 or 8.5/10

want to know the opinion of the nike talk community because im not good at making desicions when it comes to sneaker trades,

Welcome to NIKETALK.  I think the correct forum is NIKE Price/Fake Checks.  As far as the trade, you could check ebay for market value (what shoes in similar condition are going for right now).  In my opinion VNDS = retail and 8.0 - 8.5 = 75% retail.  Good luck.
