All the "restock" pairs you are seeing on Footlocker are stock from stores.  Many of these are just errors in the system and will not actually ship out because the shoe doesn't actually exist.  Worth a shot though.  I was able to get 1 pair of Lebrons to ship while 4 pairs of Jordans were canceled after placing my order.
