Thats like showing up to work clocking in and then going back home for the day and then clocking out. That s*** dont fly. Like said before, if you're going to camp out for it then do it

RETRO THREAD: http://niketalk.com/t/574522/zoom-kobe-retro-coming-december/540_60#post_19248120

(I hear the admin grumbling now with all these no correct posts) lol

No, shoe store employees are no different. Their family/friends will all magically get their raffle ticket picked. If they want em they'll get em. Its whatever, they still work at a shoe store.

Do you think they should move to the online raffle system FNL is doing for the AJ XI Gammas?

Obviously, they'll make a raffle bot lol.

I disagree with ur second statement. Some of the shoes u young bucks are buying are retro from shoes during our younger years

If you over 30, the wtk shouldn't even be a thought in your head, most shoes on the market to be honest
What kinda statement is that ... so once you hit 30 you cant like certain things?

Every year you have a bday and every year your age goes up +1 ... tell me at what birthday did you feel any older than the previous one. I know i certainly dont feel any different now at 26 than I did at 25 ...

So someone who is 29 can like the WTKs but a 31 shouldnt? I really dont think you can put an age limit on anything when it comes to this hobby we all have. Yeah you can be more mature about certain situations and aspects but to limit the age on appealing to a certain shoe is a stretch IMO

Better not tell these NBA players with "fashion sense" about your 30 and over statement .. cuz those wardrobes and handbags lol ....

Your age should not dictate what you should or should not wear. This goes for pretty much everything actually. If you like something, buy it.

And FYI, I'm 27 and I would love to have and wear the What The Kobes.

Disagree, I'm over 30 and will wear some loud shoes, but mostly to exercise in, like running.  That's why I love the 8's, great jogging shoes.

With my flat feet, I don't think I could run in Kobe 8s. They're nice gym shoes though, decent casual shoes and obviously great ball shoes.

I do the same. The "workout shoe" is my way around the age issue. (R Kelly pics were pretty funny btw)

As long as you're not looking like a human highlighter from head to toe, I think loud shoes are fine if the rest of your outfit is simple. Some people just go overboard with the matching and what not.

Idk man, if we saw our grandpas wearing WTK now, we would probably say WTF.

But imagine our generation 20 years from now, it will be part of the norm and we won't think of it as much.

In 1950s people got jobs, married and 3 kids by like age of 25, now we got hypebeasts living at home no rent copping kicks everyday at age 35. Nothing wrong with that, just saying times and expectations have changed.

If you 30 and rocking loud shoes more power to you lol, I'll be 50 and still rocking my OC Kobe VI's in OC. (im 30 btw)

I'm over 30 and I'll wear loud shoes to the gym, mall, etc. If I like it I'll rock them don't care what color they are.

Exactly. I said this in another thread. A simple outfit with shoes that pop is the way to go

They fit my gait just fine.  Always buy shoes to run in according to your gait dude.

I'm 35, got a good job, live on my own and rock whatever I want. So yeah who cares, if you like them wear them. The whole matchy match thing though way overboard for us 30+ year olds.....
