D Rose III *UPDATED* *NEW PICS*

Looks like the speckled midsole and red stitching is back :nerd: thank you Adidas. Black is copped for sure. Gray maybe and I'll wait for other colors. That leather looks so nice.

please tell me you are kidding about the 160 price tag???? wtf. this is by far the best looking rose sig. I like how adidas evolves their sig shoe and doesnt need the three stripes on the side like how nike always forces that big boring swoosh on the side of their sig shoes...

im gladi dont buy shoes like i use to anymore. every sig shoe has gone up. hell even adidas superstars went up 20 bucks. **** is disgusting all around...
 
i'm not a fan of the 3 vertical stripes on the heels.

I could understand the iconic 3 stripes on the sides of the shoe (a la superstars) OR maybe even a larger Adidas "Equipment" triangle style logo on the heel, but those 3 vertical stripes don't do it for me.
 
these are nice but way too expensive. i'm sad to see companies are following nike's pricing strategies. i know it makes sense to charge more if people will pay for it but it doesn't work for me when I can get a really nice pair of dress shoes that look better and last longer for less (at full retail) than i can get a pair of basktball shoes that I have less use for and will wear less but will still wear out long before the dress shoes.

i agree . . . it's great Nike has been part of this movement to make sneakers a premium product, but all that marketing creates this toxic environment where consumers associate quality with price and brand.
 
 
I love these.

It was D. Rose's request to move the 3 stripes to the heel of the shoe so that his defender can see them when he blows by them.
 
I am diggin' these as well, but I personally am feeling the round laces a bit better on these. Hopefully they come with both pairs.

i'm liking the gray ones the most, i hope to see a gucci colorway like the 2s.
not liking the $160 price tag :x
 
The black ones. Too fire, so clean. And that leather upper, oh dear. They dont make shoes like that anymore. I dont even play ball anymore and Im going to buy them.

I like the grey ones. The black midsole and red outsole on the Black/red samples were better imo. I'll wait for more colorways then the mandatory sale to get a pair.
