Official Reebok Kamikaze II Thread AKA "Reignmans"

None of the codes were working yesterday. I tried like 3.

Shipment numbers and confirmation numbers are being sent out from YCMC as of this morning.

I just got mine.

I have to second this - the 'Sonics' and 'ASG' colourways will not sit. The plain looking Black/White and the gaudy Black/Red are the only OG colourways that could sit for a while. The ugly Retro + will hit outlets.

The problem with the ES22 is the damn gum sole on the OG colourways - which essentially makes them Retro + and not worth the current price tag. For about $60 they might be worth it, but definitely not retail.
 
Mross beat me lol but looks like a restock on ycmc, from the looks of it, whoever wants a pair can get a pair without a problem
 
So the cats who have their Kamikaze IIs, how's the overall build quality? Better than JB/Nike or on par? How do they compare to the OGs in terms of construction and materials used?
 
just copped mine from a local retailer. they are dope. not a lot of people in my area checkin for them tho

While I don't have the older pair, I can say that these retros are great quality compared to JB and Nike. I'd rank them along the lines of the reebok questions as far as the quality and comfortablity.

It's definitely going to take some time to crease and beat these bad boys up, unless you got fat feet.

Just the right amount of ankle support and grip, and that in itself is better than Jordan quality. That I can truly say.

I know it's a great atmosphere for the sports fans in Seattle. I remember the feeling I had when my Hornets left Charlotte for New Orleans. Then when I heard we were getting a new franchise I was so excited. I don't care if my Bobcats suck, at least I have a home team to root for again. Congrats man.
