can you imagine jordan brand releasing a fire red v exclusive to foot locker and instead of the jumpman on the tongue they put the footlocker referee logo in its place? :x

LOL It's the sneaker world we in now. People will pay more for 3's just because it has Nike Air on it. The point you make NK can be painted across the board. People go crazy for colabs now

THIS! Exactly my thoughts, why in the world would you pay extra money for none OG colorway that doesn't even has Reebok on the tongue (not to even mention the lack of Kemp on the tow box) but a damn red chilly paper!
 
I really dont care what people think but RTA are dope as hell IMO im def mad i couldnt snag a pair the price are nuts now

you cant get mad with what another man likes and how he spends his money....just my two cents
 
i think they (alamos) are a very nice shoe. plus im a spurs fan so it was a had to have shoe in my books. just for the history of the alamodome and the pepper was a very nice touch on the shoe. the colorway of the shoes isnt something that you see everyday. overall i think these are in my top five pick ups this year. and again this is my 2 cents as well. to each their own
 
RTAs are :pimp: IMO!!! Hope to cop a pair for a decent price eventually. Top 5 of sneakers released this year.
 
I own the Alamos from the quality of materials used to the colorway its one of my favorite pickups this year.
 
i think he's saying the increase in price wasn't necessary for the materials used

either way the rta's are mean

NK's talking about the manufacturing process - in the grand scheme of things there's little to no difference in terms of material cost.

Only reason I'm mad for not buying the Alamo's is for a quick flip. Aftermarket prices ended up being higher than I would've thought they'd go for.

At the end of the day...

OG Colorway > All other Kamikaze IIs

Certainly a nice addition to any collection. I'm not really feeling the colors though and the price was simply too steep imo
 
after being on the hunt for couple of months i finaly found a pair of og sonics kamikaze II for a decent prive. they are used but at most two wears and most likely in a clean enviorment because the bottom looks new. i paid 100 shipped. Im now on the hunt for alamos at a decent price
